Are You Ready?

You start out slow and then move all over the place, unable to keep
still. You are a wanderer. Is there any meaning in your life?
It
takes patience. Keep reading the Word. You begin to see some of the
right ingredients faintly in the distance and you reach even further.
Love, faith, purity and hope. You read and re-read, you wouldn't want to
get too little of each would you?
Toss in soft whispering hope, that was the
first real start wasn't it? The hope pushes you further and causes your
faith to grow stronger. A love for the Lord inspires you and purity is
your new desire. Things are coming together now and you have come a long
way. It took time...it always does. Now you must choose. Will
you press onward and meet the true test? Or will you remain stagnate and
only talk the walk, full of hopes and dreams that will never be because you
haven't yet gone through the fire? You are being refined now, it's the
next step. Day always follows the night and holds it's rainbow of
promises. Promises kept. Take the plunge and embrace every
circumstance- easy or hard. Are you now ready? What, you say you are
not sure? It is pride that waits for a tumble, but humility gives you
wings...yes, you are ready. ~by Audrey Ann (please do not copy without permission)

3 sticks of butter
1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese
3 cups of sugar
3 cups of sifted flour
6 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla

Cream the butter, cream cheese, and sugar well. Add eggs (1 at a time), beating well after each addition. Next, add flour and extract. Beat well. Place in a well greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake in a cold (non-preheated) oven at 300 degrees for 2 hours.

Note: I found this recipe on positivelyfeminine.org and tried it one afternoon. It turned out beautifully and tasted wonderful. It is a very easy recipe to make. Enjoy, and don’t forget the milk to go with it.
